Seriously - ONLINE PEOPLE SEARCHING - is the new job hunting and candidate sourcing. When someone views your online profile, what do they learn about you? Does your profile cause them to take action and call you or write a message? Are you putting yourself out there and making yourself look good? As a recruiter, I see a lot of resumes. We see everything from soon-to-be college grads, to those who have been in the industry for years with great experiences, and it never ceases to amaze me the things that people DON’T put on their resume!!
