What are YOU looking for in a recruiter?

Hello All:

If I understand correctly many of the members of this network are recent graduates or will soon be graduating from college. Although it wasn’t too long ago I graduated myself, I am curious as to what your expectations are of a recruiter?

If you have already worked with a recruiter in the past, what were some of the good things that came out of the experience and what things did you wish they would have asked, done, assisted you with further? If you’ve never worked with a recruiter in the past, what are your expectations?

Thanks for any feedback, just looking on ways to improve.
