Executive Recruiter in the Agriculture Industry

Do you have a career objective? What is it?

My objective is to help my clients find the best candidates in the industry. I work closely with companies in the agriculture industry to find sales and marketing candidates. I also work with candidates to help them find positions that will make them excited to go to work each day.

What can you bring to this network that will be helpful to others?

I spend my days talking to people in the industry and networking with as many people as possible. Hopefully I can bring my expertise to any candidate looking for a new position or client looking for quality candidates.

My philosophy is always to add value to anyone I talk to, either a candidate looking for insight into the industry, or a client looking for hiring advice. Because I talk to people all day long, I am constantly learning new things about the industry and meeting new people. This has helped me be successful as a partner to both my clients and candidates.
