- It's like real estate. I have a job. Wayne has a candidate. Candidate gets placed, we split the fee. Or vice versa. Best benefit if it's Wayne's job AND Wayne's candidate but no one in this organization is going to turn down a split. I just bring it up because I'm not allowed to "handle" you.

- Well, not trying to be rude or anything, but with AA, we are kind of territorial. Wayne is your "handler". He has copies of my jobs and can send you to me. Go to my website at www.agripnw.com and then tell Wayne you want to be sent to which ever jobs you see there that strike your fancy.
